CEC’s preliminary data on turnout: 48.59% of Albanian citizens voted


The CEC announced that 48.59% of citizens exercised their right to vote today in the Albanian general elections.

Tirana and Dibra were the two regions with the highest turnout, with 54% and 52.95% repectively.
In the district of Berat, 43.4% of voters voted, In Durrës 43.34%, In Elbasan, 49.44%, In Fier, 44.99%, In Gjirokastra, 42.92%, In Korça, 43.43%, In Kukës, 48.47%, In Lezha, 43.87%, In Shkodra, 41.8%, and in Vlora, voter turnout remains low, at 34.05%
